How it works

  1. Choose your amount

Your share of the project equals your amount ÷ ₦350,000. Use the calculator below.

  2. Pay on or before 18 October 2026

By bank transfer or cash. You receive a signed receipt and the agreement terms.

  3. Sales 20–31 December 2026

The 50 birds are raised and sold for the Christmas market at a target of ₦10,000 per bird.

  4. Get paid on 4 January 2027

Your capital plus your share of any surplus, by bank transfer.

Planning scenarios at a ₦10,000 selling price, not guaranteed results. Surplus is sales proceeds less the fixed ₦350,000 project cost. Below 35 birds, capital protection applies.

Capital protection

If sales proceeds are below ₦350,000, the Operator returns 100% of your invested capital on 4 January 2027.

This applies whatever the cause, including mortality, disease, theft or a fall in the market price. Capital is paid first from sales proceeds, and the Operator pays any difference from its own resources. In a shortfall there is no profit share.

It is a contractual undertaking by the Operator, not a guarantee that the poultry project cannot lose money. Read the full terms in the signed agreement.

Who holds what?

The Operator holds not less than 50% of the project. Financiers together hold up to 50% (₦175,000). If financiers do not fill the pool, the Operator funds the balance and holds the remaining interest.

Example: a ₦100,000 investor holds 28.57%. The Operator funds the other ₦250,000 and holds 71.43%.

What do I own?

This is a project-specific investment. You take part in this broiler project only. You do not acquire ownership of the Operator's farm, land, other businesses, brands or any company shares.

What if fewer birds survive?

At a ₦10,000 price the project breaks even at 35 birds sold. Between 35 and 50 birds there is a surplus to share. Below 35 birds you still receive your full capital back.

What if the project cannot start?

If the project cannot start, for example because day-old chicks cannot be obtained, the Operator refunds 100% of your payment within 7 days of notifying you.

What if I pay after 18 October?

Later payments are accepted only at the Operator's discretion, and only if the chicks have not yet been purchased.

Risks

Poultry production carries real risks: bird mortality and disease, feed and market price changes, theft, unexpected costs, and lower final weights. The ₦10,000 price and bird numbers are planning assumptions, not guaranteed outcomes. Consider the Operator's ability to meet the capital-protection undertaking before you invest.

Register your interest

Fill this in, then send it to the Operator. Registering interest does not secure your place. Your investment takes effect only when your payment is received in full and the Operator signs your receipt.

Please do not send bank account numbers, ID numbers or card details through this form. These are handled privately when you sign.
